Your Appointment

The majority of patients elect to have single visit endodontic treatment. There is no need to return for multiple visits in   most cases. Your appointment will consist of a thorough exam, diagnosis, and treatment. If you prefer, or if additional information is required, you may return another day for treatment and simply have a consultation.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation and treatment.

  • A list of medications you are presently taking.
  • If you have dental insurance, please bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.) or require medication prior to dental cleanings (i.e antibiotics, for pre-med.).

 X-Rays

Since 1998, our use of digital radiography has siginificantly reduced radiation exposure and chemical waste. It provides a fast, large image to be viewed on a monitor.

If your dentist has taken recent (within 6-months) digital x-rays of the tooth or area in question, you may request that they email them to our office- [email protected]. Duplicate conventional films may be brought as well.  Please keep in mind that additional films will almost always be taken at our office and you are not required to bring xrays to your appoinment.
