Meet the Staff

Our staff is comprised of caring and dedicated professionals of whom we are extremely proud. Their top priority is to communicate well with the patients and each other, ensuring that the patient's surgical and administrative needs are met as efficiently and smoothly as possible. In addition to being highly trained to provide clinical support in all procedures, all on staff are New Jersey licensed Dental Radiographers.

Ophelia Givens is our priceless head dental assistant who joined our staff in 1996. Her experience as well as her specialized dental assisting skills provide her with the insight for even the most complicated treatments to run smoothly and efficiently. Her duties include chairside assisting, ordering & inventory of supplies, as well as keeping current with, and in most cases exceeding, recommended dental guidelines. Ophelia is a dedicated professional who is exceptionally gentle, caring, and committed to her patients.

Stacy Lipton is a wonderful chairside assistant who began her career with us in 2003. She has quickly become an integral part of our team. Her training is specifically in endodontic dental assistant duties. Stacy is very gentle and attentive, making an enormous difference in her patient’s comfort and ease while in the dentist's chair. She has a cheerful disposition and has amazed us with her skills.

Awilda Sanchez is the friendly and compassionate voice on the phone when you call and, with her cheerful smile, she is usually the first person that greets you at your appointed time. She started in 1990 as our first dental assistant and since then has acquired a broad range of experience in the dental office. In addition to assisting, Awilda’s front desk responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining patient’s health records, and clerical support. In addition, she provides courteous and responsive care of any patient concerns before and after treatment.
