Dr. Mara L. Leveson
Dr. Mara Leveson received her D.M.D. and M.S.Ed., from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1995. After graduation, she completed a General Practice Residency at the West Jersey Health System and was accepted into the endodontic residency program at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research focused on “Dental Anxiety and the Endodontic Patient,” and she received her certificate in Endodontics in 1998.
In addition to adults, Dr. Mara Leveson enjoys treating children and severely dental phobic patients. She understands that many patients feel secure with their dentist and can be troubled about receiving treatment by a new doctor. Dr. Mara Leveson’s research and education background has enabled her to help minimize her patient’s stress and anxiety.
Dr. Mara Leveson is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA), Mercer County Dental Society, the American Society of Forensic Odontologists (ASFO) and the New York Society of Forensic Dentists (NYSFD). She participates in continuing education courses every year and completed the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP) course in Forensic Odontology.
